solid choice for families
clean rooms fresh towels friendly staff helpful cleaners
the rooms are clean. i saw fresh towels every day. ahmed and salam, the room cleaners, were helpful. i got assistance from halal and mustafa too. the staff were friendly. i found my break enjoyable.
some minor wear and tear was visible in the hallways.

decent stay overall
friendly staff inclusive approach poor housekeeping uncomfortable bed
the staff was friendly! the animation team was engaging. elina and zezo tried to involve everyone in activities. i appreciated their inclusive approach.
The room was not cleaned well. i had to ask for towels. Toilet paper was also an issue. the bed was not very comfortable. It collapsed once.

average experience, some issues with cleanliness
slow shower drain disruptive noise
I found some aspects disappointing . the room wasn't as clean as i expected. the bathroom had some grime and the shower drain was slow. This meant the shower floor accumulated water. also, the noise at night was disruptive. I could hear conversations and activity in the hallway, and that affected my sleep

lovely experience at this hotel
attentive staff clean pools sunbed availability varied food
i found the staff very attentive. the pools were clean, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. i enjoyed the variety of food offered at the main restaurant. i would definitely consider returning.
i did notice some minor wear and tear in the room, such as a slightly stained carpet, but it didn't detract from my overall experience.

The hotel features multiple pools. I noticed a dedicated kids' area and an aquapark. there were several bars conveniently located around the pool areas, with drinks.

the main buffet restaurant had themed nights. it offered a wide selection. i liked the fresh bread station and the made-to-order pasta, and the dessert selection was also quite excellent.

My room included a king-size bed and a balcony overlooking the pool area. I also found a mini-fridge, a safe, and a tv, and the bathroom included a hairdryer and toiletries.

super clean room queen beds ample storage
The room was super clean! It had two queen beds and plenty of storage space. Mohamed cleaned it perfectly daily. He also left extra water when needed. One day I felt unwell, and he checked on me!
The Wi-Fi was sometimes slow.
