Savoy Stay, A Factual Account

The turkish restaurant became a frequent lunch spot, i enjoyed it three times. Drinks tasted great at all venues. The snack bar near the pool offered excellent food. I found the staff very helpful. They always went the extra mile.
The menus has some options which incurred extra charges despite all inclusive. Some drink ingredients were unavailable . This limited the beverage choices slightly.

There are three available pools at this location. The beach allows easy access and is well maintained for relaxation. Reef requires a snorkel. It has fine natural beauty.

I visited many restaurants, including Turkish, Italian, and Greek. The Tirana restaurant offers diverse menu options and is an excellent venue. The quality of food was good in all restaurants.

The rooms provide daily cleaning services with nice towel art. Rooms include a comfortable bed and a seating area. The air conditioning works well, a plus.

Acceptable stay

The beach team was great (I especially liked Waba!). They took good care of me all day. They even remembered my orders perfectly. The lifeguards were excellent too. They watched everyone closely. I always felt safe while snorkeling.
The royal Savoy entrance was underwhelming. It did not feel premium at all. I had to drag my luggage across long distances. I think assistance with bags should be offered.

I liked the food. The a la carte restaurants were good. the service felt five-star. i have to thank hany and his team. They were all professional. the pool bar team were heroes, always smiling.
i found the overall experience to be not very good. we were not offered any assistance with our bags. our blowdryer in the bathroom did not work as well. prior to our trip, we emailed the hotel to arrange airport pickup, but we waited for over 30 minutes with no driver in sight.

i stayed in a royal savoy junior suite jacuzzi adults only. the jacuzzi on the balcony was a great addition, i used it every evening!!! the room also included a minibar that was restocked daily.
The lighting in the bathroom was not ideal for shaving. A minor inconvenience.

The beach was superb. service at the beach was really good. Wahba even brought us fresh drinks. the room was AMAZING. It felt so romantic.
The food was good. but, i expected a bit more variety. staff were not always attentive. SOME seemed overworked.
