Charmed by the Attentive Service

The housekeeper kept our room very clean. They crafted beautiful towel art and scattered flower petals throughout the space. Mohammed, our favorite waiter, offered kind service. The animation team provided fun entertainment, including GuGu, Momo, Adam, and Maymona.
The minibar was not filled upon arrival. I had to request it.

The hotel is located approximately 15 minutes by taxi from nearby shops. Restaurants and bars are conveniently across the street. This proximity facilitates easy access to external amenities .

The staff displayed very nice attentiveness and willingness to assist. Restaurant personnel ensured drinks were full and readily available. The groundskeepers maintained the outdoor spaces immaculately, a task completed diligently each day.

the hard-working groundsmen kept the grounds immaculate. they really should be rewarded for their hard work.
the safe in my room didn't work. despite trying to get it replaced twice it sat in the wardrobe broken. that was not ideal.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The chefs catered to my gluten-free needs wonderfully. I was shown all available options for each meal. The team even made pizza and pasta separately! I found the gardens beautiful. The hotel was very clean and super clean.
Some cocktails require an extra charge. I also noticed the wine was served sparingly.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Mohamed Salah greeted guests warmly, check-in was also fast. Abd, the room cleaner, checked in twice daily to ensure satisfaction. Al Wadihi Mohamed promptly arranged towels and umbrellas with a smile.

The hotel is near shops and restaurants, convenient. It is located close to the airport. Reaching Old Market and Sharm Square takes around 30 and 15-20 minutes respectively! This proximity to local attractions is a plus.

The relax pool area had hard-working staff who cared , notably Bebo and Milad. Abanoub ran the beautiful swim-up pool bar with excellent service and English! He kept the bar clean and created a pleasant atmosphere daily.

fantastic chefsexcellent viewsbest team
the chefs were very fantastic. they made me chips in a different fryer. for gf, they made me pizza. when preparing, they did it in front on me. the gardens and the views are really excellent. it is very clean and the workers go above and beyond to make sure it's super clean. the animation team were best team!
the entertainment team only reacted with certain groups. kids club last only ten minutes.

the hotel is opposite shops. restaurants are accessible and it is in a good location. the hotel location is close to the airport, just thirty minutes from old market and around fifteen-twenty from square.

staff cater for every age, from elder to young. they are cute and kind. staff always try to help in every way. the reception is supportive and helpful when extra assistance is needed.

the rooms were a good size and always clean. i liked that the hotel offered several pools with plenty of space to relax.
getting a sun lounger near the pool can be a bit tricky.
