fun entertainment dedicated staff great party music quiz
The entertainment was really fun. the team made our vacation better. Chloe and Madison are both dedicated and work hard. I liked the beach party and lava party the hotel hosted. I also liked the music quiz and fakir show.
Some cocktails were sweet, but it was not always great.

The buffet presented much choice and satisfied both meat eaters and vegetarians well. I found expresso Martini was available and good. This dining had excellent quality.

Two pools are available. One offers a party atmosphere. The other pool provides a quiet, relaxed setting. I appreciated the different vibes available at different times of day. I enjoyed this resort.

The room included two double beds and offered plenty of space. The cleaner creations with towels added joy to my day. Every room has a balcony with good views. The theme of caves are well done.

The staff were very efficient and happy to help all guests. Nady at the beach bar was fantastic. Ahmed, who prepares sunbeds, looked after us with dedication. I appreciated staff efforts.

energetic activities varied selection well-equipped machines comfortable sunbeds
the entertainment team provided energetic activities. the food selection was varied and tasted fresh. i used the gym and found it well-equipped with several machines. i appreciated the easy access to the beach with comfortable sunbeds.
the wifi signal in certain areas of the hotel was somewhat unreliable.

the staff was always available! they answered quickly and efficiently to our questions. daily towel service was consistent, with fresh towels provided each morning. the bartenders were friendly! but the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.

the room included a spacious balcony with seating. the air conditioning worked effectively! it maintained a cool temperature throughout my stay. the bathroom featured a large shower with strong water pressure.

Staff were always efficient and happy to assist. Ahmed, a sunbed guy, always prepared my beds. Every room is spacious and includes a balcony with a good view.
Cocktails tasted like sugar. The pillows felt solid.
