room cleaning not enough snack
i did find the room cleaning questionable. the mini bar wasn't refilled daily. the snack bar did not offer enough snack for the children.

Amazing Hotel Experience!!!
friendly team helpful staff amazing food great choice
The animation team was very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of things to do every day, including Fanta time. The food was AMAZING. So much to choose from! I have been to this hotel and its sister hotel, so I can tell you they're both great. My favorite animation team members were Harry and Roxy. They spoke many languages.
I think some parts of the hotel could use some small updates.

The hotel features multiple pools suitable for all ages, and a dedicated kids' club. Families appreciate this aspect. The on-site aquapark includes many slides, and provides hours of entertainment for both children and adults alike, so do not hesitate to try it.

The staff members were always ready to help, and provided attentive service throughout the stay, appreciated. I found the housekeeping services thorough, ensuring rooms were cleaned daily. It was very convenient. The bartenders mixed delicious drinks!

underwhelming stay
dirty bathroom broken air conditioning
the staff seemed friendly, though the language barrier made some interactions difficult.
The room was not clean. I found hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. also, the air conditioning did not work properly and it was very warm at night. the minibar was not refilled daily as advertised, frustrating
