The location is quite convenient. I enjoyed the clean beach with good sea (it was perfect for a relaxing swim). I easily found a quiet spot around the spacious pools at any time of day.

I found the food quality from the buffet a bit poor for a five-star hotel. The main swimming pool felt ice-cold to me. There was only one small pool that was heated and it was hard to find a spot in the sun.

the hotel had many pools and they were not crowded. the room included both a bath and a shower but shampoo was missing from one of them.

the hotel had a policy limiting wi-fi to two devices per room, and i found that annoying.

the garden is in perfect condition. the all-inclusive package worked very well for me. reham is one of the best people i met at this hotel (she was helpful). the rooms are very comfortable and the views are amazing.

the staff did not always smile. variations in food were poor. i understand the quality is good, but any ordinary place offers the same food. they were concerned when i mentioned my bad experience upon leaving.

this resort is a true gem for the area. the hotel is well maintained and offers easy communication with english speaking staff. the rooms are wonderful and provide top notch beds and linens. i enjoyed the food presentation plus variety , it dramatically surpasses similar resorts. the bedding is soft, comfortable, and of high quality.

the wifi connection proved to be unreliable at times. i found it frustrating , especially when trying to handle some work tasks. the speed was inconsistent .

the room featured blackout curtains , coupled with a balcony that offered great views. there were many amenities available in the room , and the air conditioning worked effectively. the rooms were also very quiet , providing good sound insulation from outside music.
