enjoyed my stay

the hotel provides a superb seaview, which i loved a lot. the all-inclusive stay included plenty of good food, and it changed every day! the staff were very smiley and cute. it, so i enjoyed my vacations better.
the drinks were poor quality, disappointing. some drinks were extra beyond the all-inclusive package. the dining experience could improve on this.

The reception staff were very friendly and always helpful with transportation questions. They arranged bus or taxi services with ease. the personnel were always kind, especially those who prepare various drinks at the bars! i appreciated their service.

My room was spacious. The bed was comfortable, great! i had a great experience, it was very relaxing.

The breakfast offered a wide range of choices and everything was fresh. lunch and dinner buffets included thematic nights. I enjoyed the local dishes. the food and drinks were excellent! though dirty dishes were not removed in time.

enchanting getaway

i found the staff very polite. erica was especially good, she. i got involved in activities because of her, it was wonderful. i especially enjoyed the hotel entertainment and constant talks with guests, it made the vacation the best it could be.
The all-inclusive package wasn't as comprehensive as expected. many cocktails cost extra. That felt unfair. non-alcoholic beer and children's milkshakes weren't included, i found it very disappointing.

there are two clean outdoor pools. one indoor heated pool exists, it provides comfortable swimming conditions. sufficient sunbeds with umbrellas and small tables are available near the pool, it is perfect.

the staff is very friendly. reception staff is always helpful, it is lovely to meet them. table service for drinks from the cocktail bar happens, it is convenient and quick, especially in the evenings.

the studio balcony provided a simple layout, it feels of a great size. the balcony had amazing view of the sea, it gave me a perfect spot to watch the sunset. the room included comfortable beds, it assured resting and relaxation .

the location is quiet and scenic. the hotel stands by the sea with promenade, it makes walks and runs possible. it's a short walk to venues beach, it is very easy to reach by walk along the coast in few minutes.

loose tapinconsistent cleaning
the room showed its age the bathroom tap seemed loose and ready to fall off if handled too roughly. cleaning was inconsistent sometimes one room got missed and even after reporting it, only half the job was done. drink quality was low the diet coke tasted watered down and many cocktails cost extra

I secured a spot near the main pool without any hassle. the hotel provided complimentary shuttle service to the town center twice each day. It cost only €5 for a return trip. i found the food selection throughout the day very satisfying and varied. the cleanliness was excellent.
The all-inclusive drink options felt somewhat restricted. I would have loved a broader choice of cocktails.
