big pool friendly staff great team

the pool was big and always had free sunbeds. staff was friendly, from the reception to the cleaning ladies. entertainment team was great, especially patti, who had time to talk. i liked the sea views and the sauna.

the room had a balcony with partial sea view. the housekeeping service was regular, and they provided fresh towels. the main pool was large and well-kept.. i observed attentive lifeguards. there was a diverse selection of food at the buffet for each meal.

the elevators were occasionally slow.

Wonderful stay with Amazing Staff

ideal location belonging feeling included staff

I stayed for five nights. The hotel location was ideal. All staff couldn't do enough to help, especially Maz. She. Maz made sure everyone was included, even I don't like activities.

Some parts seemed a bit tired. It needs updating to keep the facilities fresh.

the outdoor pool was large and well maintained i used it daily the air conditioning in my room worked effectively maintaining a cool environment i appreciated the quiet atmosphere of my side facing room at night it ensured restful sleep.

the gym equipment appears outdated and some machines did not function correctly.

I booked a Double or Twin Room Sea View. The view was wonderful. The staff was cute. I enjoyed the different food options available each day. The food was delicious. The nearby sandy beach is just a short walk, about 10 minutes away.

Room cleaning seemed a bit inconsistent. I had to ask for toilet paper.

separate sinks rainfall shower stationary bikes

i loved that the room had two separate sinks, , made getting ready so easy! the rainfall shower was amazing, it seemed like a spa. also the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes, so i could keep up with my workouts.

the wifi in the room was sometimes a little spotty i noticed.
