FANTASTIC stay!

The location is great. I found two supermarkets just outside, and it was only a short walk to the beach (about three minutes!). The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, and the cleaning service came daily, providing fresh towels. The restaurant had a good choice of food. I REALLY loved the table tennis table!

The evening entertainment was a bit basic for my taste. The outside entertainment space was nice, but I wished for more variety in the activities offered.

The food selection was diverse and included many fresh options. Breakfast had a large variety. Dinner included themed nights (I especially enjoyed the mediterranean night). The restaurant staff was attentive to refills and special requests.

The pool was a good size and kept clean. The hotel includes a table tennis table near the pool area. The hotel provided easy access to the beach and nearby shops, and ramps are available for wheelchair access.

Housekeeping provided a great service and cleaned the rooms daily. The reception staff helped me with directions and local information (they were SO helpful!). Staff members are very kind and happy to help with everything.

The hotel had a convenient location near the beach. i found numerous restaurants and shops close by. the buffet provided themed nights with diverse international cuisine. breakfast included freshly made crepes and omelets. That was nice.

The location was acceptable. It was right in the center.

The shower head had mould, a problem i reported, but it wasn't addressed. the camp bed in our first room was suitable for a child under ten only. It was too small. the hotel manager never approached us after a fall occurred to check on our well-being. This felt dismissive and uncaring.
