lovely hotel with amazing amenities

I really enjoyed the breakfast. It was diverse and delicious. the location is perfect with a short walk to the beach. the pools, both indoor and outdoor, were well kept, with good temperature. the poolside areas were clean. the lobby and bar areas are pleasant spaces to be in. I was happy with this on a rainy day.

The sound insulation between the room and hallway was not great. I could hear a bit of noise sometimes.

The staff was always smiling. they were very helpful and attentive to the smallest of details. Nothing was too much to ask. this shows a great culture and approach from the management, which i find excellent.

I found very clean rooms. The room service was excellent. The staff always provided prompt assistance! Breakfast was nice and offered a good variety. The hotel's interior design was very modern.

the wi-fi signal strength was sometimes a little weak near the pool.

my premium suite side sea view didn't quite deliver. i only saw other rooms' balconies, the sea was barely visible, so it felt kinda misleading. also, the price was higher than advertised!
