lovely hotel with amazing amenities

delicious breakfast perfect location pleasant space

I really enjoyed the breakfast. It was diverse and delicious. the location is perfect with a short walk to the beach. the pools, both indoor and outdoor, were well-kept, with good temperature. the poolside areas were clean. the lobby and bar areas are pleasant spaces to be in. I was happy with this on a rainy day.

The sound insulation between the room and hallway was not great. I could hear a bit of noise sometimes.

The staff was always smiling. they were very helpful and attentive to the smallest of details. Nothing was too much to ask. this shows a great culture and approach from the management, which i find excellent.

clean rooms excellent room service modern interior

I found very clean rooms. The room service was excellent. The staff always provided prompt assistance! Breakfast was nice and offered a good variety. The hotel's interior design was very modern.

the wi-fi signal strength was sometimes a little weak near the pool.

breakfast options polite staff misleading information higher price

the breakfast was super! so many options were available. staff are pretty polite and helpful, i was really happy with that.

my premium suite side sea view didn't quite deliver. i only saw other rooms' balconies, the sea was barely visible, so it felt kinda misleading. also, the price was higher than advertised!
