I enjoyed the four pools as there were plenty of sunbeds available. I found a great variety of food options available. My kids appreciated the kids club with lots of activities. Réka from guest relations was very helpful and offered excellent advice. The room had modern curtains that opened with a touch of a button. I liked the hotel spa. It included a private sauna. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Maria and Lucas in the restaurant were helpful. Rafe was always smiling and knew our drinks order. Management presence was noticed around the hotel. This ensured everything was running smoothly.

The beach is not part of the hotel so I had to pay extra for a sunbed.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. I received really good help from Maria in the restaurant. She. Constantinou at the spa reception was also very sweet and helpful.

The room was immaculate and had a gorgeous, uninterrupted sea view. the bathroom included fluffy, high-quality bath towels and robes. the pools were pristine. The water was crystal clear and so inviting!!!

the location was amazing. the pools were clean, and the water felt so nice. the beach was just outside, and i found some wonderful sun beds there.

some staff seemed rude, i asked for milk, and was told to get it myself. there was no water available in my room unless i paid for it. the food in the italian restaurant was a bit disappointing, it really was.
