The suite was a great family suite, I really liked it. The location I found to be good with amazing beach access. Staff were nice and friendly, and I thought the food was good. The hotel grounds look well maintained.

The staff at check-in greeted us warmly and ensured we had sandwiches and fruit available, considering our late arrival past midnight. This service was very thoughtful. They worked very hard during meal times, always keeping the place running smoothly.

The hotel is located close to a sandy beach, accessible via a short walk, allowing convenient trips. The grounds of the hotel had immaculate upkeep. There were many activities for children to partake in.

The all-inclusive food had delicious variety, and I loved it. The main buffet restaurant provided a large selection of international food. The grill and cellar restaurants had great service and good food selections too.

The pool areas were very clean and neat. The hotel provides two large poolswith ample sunbeds and umbrellas. There were tennis courts plus beach volleyball courts onsite and a large parking area, I found.

the food is bland. everything seems outdated in my room. noisy air conditioning it was. the furniture needs replaced.

i totally recommend this hotel. the trip with my family was perfect. we had so much relaxation and fun activities. the staff were super friendly. the animation team, especially richard and ibo, were so kind and funny, it made our holiday even better. all activities were well organized.
the hotel was far away from any amenities and bars.

the twin room included comfortable beds and a functional layout, suitable for a family. the space was well-kept. the room provided basic amenities that were fully operational, such as air conditioning and a mini-fridge, which we used daily.

the main restaurant offers a wide selection of foods. different themed nights changed up the buffet. the grill restaurant offered tasty alternatives. the drink quality, especially considering the all-inclusive nature, surprised me as it was quite good.

The beach was a short walk from the hotel I loved the direct access. Staff were friendly and helpful it was a priority of the trip. The pool area was nice and spacious.
The superior room was a disappointment storage was minimal it was more like a box room. The bin in the room was not always emptied I felt the windowsill on the small window looked like it had never been cleaned.
