jacuzzi cleanliness high noise
the staff were polite and tried to be helpful.
the jacuzzi cleanliness was not good. also, the nearby beach was not appealing. the noise levels were high, so relaxation was difficult.

i totally loved the spa treatments there everything felt very nice and calming the therapists were super professional i also really enjoyed the delicious fresh orange juice at breakfast the choices felt endless and tasted amazing

minor issues detract from overall experience
slow room service poor soundproofing
i found a couple of things lacking the room service was slow one evening it took over an hour to get a simple order delivered also the soundproofing between rooms was not great i could clearly hear conversations next door it made relaxing difficult at times it definitely affected my sleep quality. i think the hotel needs to address these issues to improve the experience

The breakfast had a fantastic selection. Staff were amazingly friendly from the first moment. The hotel was peaceful and new. It was very well laid out.
My room had an awful damp smell. I also noticed a sewage smell. I did not enjoy this at all.

private pool high quality
I found the suite spacious with a private pool. it offered a true sense of privacy. Everything was super clean. the breakfast was rich and high quality, i appreciated the variety.
the island part where the hotel is located can be quite windy.
