worn towelspoor soundproofing
i found some issues . the towels provided felt old and worn , like they needed replacement. also , the room seemed to lack proper soundproofing , so i could hear a lot of noise from outside and nearby rooms. it made relaxing a bit difficult , especially in the evenings. the breakfast service also felt a bit disorganized , there was often a wait for tables , and the buffet items weren't always replenished quickly.

the location is perfect. it is close to a beautiful beach and a shopping mall. the staff, including annie, gigi, and palmy, is very helpful and gave good advice. the courtyard suite was clean and quiet. it was suitable for relaxation.

the room i stayed in was not clean upon arrival there was hair on the floor and pieces of the wall were falling off when i closed the cupboards the bed was also uncomfortably hard and did not match the pictures online plus the toilet door did not close properly offering no privacy
