the room was newly renovated and held a special charm. i was very touched by a surprise birthday hamper that the hotel sent without a request. customer service was thoughtful and quick. i found the little details very romantic.
the location seemed a bit far from central attractions, but the hotel itself was very satisfying

The breakfast had some hot items. I enjoyed eggs and sausages. Fresh juices tasted nice. I also liked the coffee machine that had pods.
Guests had to wait a long time to use it. I found this inconvenient. The hotel website claimed the rooms were soundproof, BUT the walls were thin.

The included breakfast was really delicious. i enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries available every morning! the hotel location is fantastic. A short walk took me to both shops and yummy restaurants.
The pool was smaller than i expected and it was too cold for me. also, i found the wifi connection to be unreliable. It kept disconnecting on me.

i had a superior double or twin room. it had nespresso machine. the breakfast was good. they offer a wide selection of items. staff was really helpful.
the bar closed early at 8pm on the rooftop. this happened right as the sunset was starting.

the room was lovely with high ceilings , and i received a pastel de nata on my first night. this was such a lovely gesture. the pool was also very nice , a place of calm and relaxation. the breakfast area was bright , i could even eat outside.
the hotel had no gym , i like to keep up my fitness on holiday. the nearest beach is a 10 min walk , it is through an apartment car park at the back of hotel and down some wooden steps. there was live entertainment in the bar until late , it could be heard all over the hotel.

The location offered easy access to the beach and the main strip. the room was spacious with luxurious, high-end decor and a high ceiling. the staff responded immediately when i reported the balcony window wouldn't lock. A repairman fixed it right away.

Breakfast offers a large choice of options to meet different tastes. The breakfast service features excellent and kind personnel. meat and fish choices changed nightly for dinner. The kitchen and dining room personnel were amazing and so cute. this made dining really pleasant.

My room offered a side sea view that had a sunrise and sun on the balcony until midday. the beds were comfortable, and a free safe was included, a nice touch. the rooms also include a good shower. All this contributes to a relaxed stay.
