My stay was a mixed bag. The location is fantastic, right by the beach, which makes it super convenient for enjoying the ocean. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired-communication was poor, and the cleanliness of our room was disappointing. While the hotel did offer some nice amenities, the overall experience was marred by the lack of attention to detail and upkeep.
