I found the location excellent. It's directly across from the iconic beach. daily beach towels are provided. the room included a coffee maker with a refrigerator. This was useful for storing drinks and snacks. the front desk staff were helpful. and so nice.
the parking situation is a little tricky. the parking spaces are quite small.

the location was fabulous! I found the hotel right across the street from the beach. I could walk everywhere, it felt so freeing. the staff were very helpful, and I appreciated their assistance. My room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. it was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
Paint was peeling from the ceiling, it wasn't ideal! I used towels to keep it clean. It felt very wasteful.

There is an ABC store below the building, and i could stock up on food. I bought drinks, souvenirs, and clothes, the selection was extensive. It really did sell almost everything i could possibly need.

this hotel boasts one of the best waterfront locations near everything. It is a short walk across the road to reach the beach. I found crossing the street easy and quick allowing more swim time.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Especially shaun, a true gem. On checkin, they offered refillable water bottles, showing care. I appreciated they also gave us beach towels for our stay.

The location was acceptable. It was near the beach.
The parking that was promised when I booked was unavailable, and I had to leave my car several blocks away. It was inconvenient. I had paid for an ocean view room. I got a side-facing room with only a partial view. I feel really disappointed.
