attentive staffexcessively louddisparate treatment
the staff were attentive, though i expected nothing less from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
The 'disco' was excessively loud. music continued past midnight on a weekday, even after i reported it. i found this unacceptable. furthermore, i observed a stark disparity in treatment. Foreign guests received markedly warmer receptions than others. it felt exclusionary.

the pools, they shimmers, oh, they shimmers. each morn, i swam in waters so clear. the breakfast, it was a banquet, a feast, with fruits so sweet. the service was kindness itself, each person gentle and helpful.
the waterpark was for children, i felt so sad as i longed more thrills. some menu items, they was not available. the drive from town was long, so so long. it was distant.

the staff was friendly. they cleaned our room well daily. the meals included much variety. i liked christmas lights a lot. our beachfront view met expectations. i find it a special treat.
the beach was a little muddy. i found it only a minor inconvenience.

the staff were accommodating and helpful, especially since we had an infant and toddler with us.
our security and privacy were compromised. another room key from a different room number opened our room. the hotel manager only apologized and told us to shrug it off. the room had no ventilation, with the only window in the bathroom.
