I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel with stunning ocean views and spacious suites. However, the service had some hiccups, particularly with check-in and housekeeping that left some room for improvement. The food at the pool bar was excellent and added to the overall experience, but I did encounter some cleanliness issues in my room. Overall, I would consider returning, especially due to the friendly management's efforts to make things right.
