The hotel offered multiple pools with different atmospheres. The room size was quite generous and also included some thoughtful touches. The views from the pools allowed one to see the sunset. It was easy to reach Freedom Beach and a short taxi ride to town.

Signage throughout the layout of the hotel needs improvement.

The breakfast featured various sauces, breads, and fruits (especially fresh tropical options!). The selection of meat items could have been wider. The VISTA restaurant offered excellent service, with staff ready to prepare delicious Indian breakfast dishes.

The staff exhibited genuine helpfulness and attentiveness to guest needs. The guest relations manager provided personal attention. The reception staff assisted with a smooth check-in and a room upgrade.

There was one adults-only 25m pool great for swimming laps. The gym had decent equipment (I used the treadmills!). The World Class Spa offered very relaxing aromatherapy couple massages.

I was impressed by the well-stocked mini-barwith a great variety of options. The complimentary beach bag, pool slippers, bathrobe, and indoor slippers were a thoughtful touch. I found them useful throughout my stay. The hotel grounds are extensive and beautifully maintained. The buggy service was convenient. It made moving around the hotel much easier.

The ventilation in the restaurant requires attention. I noticed some issues on the ceiling.

unsafe drivingdisinterested therapist

i found the service to be inconsistent. the airport transfer i booked through the hotel featured a driver speeding and overtaking dangerously. It made me really uneasy. the spa experience was also disappointing. The therapist seemed uninterested and didn't create a relaxing atmosphere.
