The staff was friendly enough.

The photos online must have been taken a decade ago because the place looks tired. The structure wasn't new. I booked a villa near the beach, but got a dated condo across the road. No nice views there. In the morning, I watched the cleaner sweep dust into the pool while washing dirty buckets IN the pool. It was disgusting.

The hotel is super clean. The rooms are well equipped and spacious. the surrounding areas feature a beautiful and well-kept garden. the breakfast was really good. It was nice to eat near the ocean. we even extended our stay. It was made soo much better by the amazing, kind, and helpful staff!!!

Instead, i got a room that looked out onto the unkempt grounds behind the hotel.

The staff were helpful. The three on-site pools were spacious and clean. I was impressed by the size of the pool access room. It was also nice to have sun loungers right on our terrace. The on-site restaurant provides a great view of the ocean waves.

The room was spacious! The mini fridge was stocked and cheap. There were three giant pools available, and they never felt crowded. The massage service was also cheap. It was lovely. The staff were very considerate with pressure during the massage.

I noticed the place is dated. I felt the whole place was dark. Little sun reached the hotel. The beach is small, about 30 meters of sand between two cement walls.
