comfortable beds new furniture great view
the room included a kitchenette with a two-burner stovetop and toaster the beds were comfortable and the linens seemed fine the furniture looked fairly new. i appreciated that underground parking was available because it helps keep the salt off vehicles. the view was great from the decent-sized deck.
the bathroom spigot was loose i seemed like it might pull out of the wall

prepackaged items loud air conditioning
The room size met my needs.
The breakfast options were quite disappointing. I expected more variety than just prepackaged items. The noise from the air conditioning unit was also a problem because it disrupted my sleep. The unit was excessively loud, approximately 50 decibels.

i liked the room size, it included a dining table. a winn dixie supermarket was walkable from the hotel. the complimentary breakfast and drinks reception are a bonus. parking is free, very practical.
