I found the hotel quite large. there are multiple trails to explore, which i definitely appreciated. the hotel also provides a shuttle. It helped me to get around easily. the food quality stood out and the restaurant choices were varied.
i noticed slight dirt in the bathtub. despite mentioning it twice, it remained unaddressed, inconvenient as i needed to bathe.

the hotel is beautiful and visually inviting. our suite was spacious. the sand is white and soft. we had zero issues getting attentive service. we ate, drank, relaxed, socialized, and enjoyed every moment.
i had a room on the first floor and mosquitoes ate me up. there were so many mosquitoes. i wish there was a way to protect the room.

The staff were super pleasant! The food was AMAZING!!! Having several restaurants to explore and eat intercontinental meals was such a great experience. The food truck at the beach front was thoughtful, ensuring that people didn't lose their spot at the front when they went for lunch. The finger foods were well done.
The beds were rock hard and VERY uncomfortable. I had trouble sleeping all 7 days of my vacation. The facilities are a bit run down. For instance, all of the pools are missing floor tiles. It is easy to cut your feet stepping on the jagged edges the wrong way.
