the staff provided really good support, especially jackie and kelley! they were always available and helpful. the location proved convenient with a nearby cafe and the sea within easy reach. the hotel was clean, so it offered good value.

the staff showed great support and provided help whenever needed. jackie and kelley were always available and very helpful. i found this support wonderful.

The bedroom i had was tiny. It felt quite cramped. the bed wasn't comfortable, impacting my sleep quality. the bathroom was also very small, and a part of the bath's side was broken.

helpful staff nearby café easy reach

The front desk staff were helpful!!!! particularly jackie, she was so kind. there was a lovely café very nearby. It's nice to have options so close. the sea was also within very easy reach, a short walk for a romantic stroll.

the guest house was apparently doing some maintenance.

I was notified of a relocation to Carlton Hotel due to maintenance. It suited me well. Its location near the pier was quite convenient. The proximity to the beach offered easy access.
