serene coastal retreat
ideal location heated pool fresh pastry cute staff
i found the location ideal with easy access to transport options like taxis and buses the heated indoor pool was perfect for my grandson's enjoyment breakfast stood out with fresh pastries fruits and fish the reception staff were cute and helpful they packed my breakfast for my early flight which i greatly appreciated. the waiters were efficient and effective. the service was perfect.
the tv in the kids room wasn't working well the bed on my husband's side seemed worn and i did spot a few cockroaches i found this slightly disappointing because it did detract from an otherwise perfect experience.

Really good stay
seamless check-in friendly staff really good breakfast
I found the check-in process seamless. Staff demonstrated warmth and friendliness throughout the hotel. I was pleased with the well-sized room and the really good breakfast.
I experienced loud music coming from the patio, disturbing the ocean view.

The hotel features multiple bars including two in the lobby area and one near the main restaurant, all providing distinct ambiances, and payments are accepted only by card. There is a gym equipped with three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights for fitness enthusiasts.

The reception staff was very cute and efficient when i arrived. The breakfast service offered a buffet with varied options. Staff ensured every guest felt welcomed and attended to their needs with attentiveness.

unwelcoming staff slow service
The breakfast was fine. It had varieties.
The front desk staff seemed uninterested in helping me. They did not seem eager to. The service was slow, really slow. I waited a long time for assistance.

varied options clean pool kind manager
the breakfast offered varied options daily, and the waiters were attentive. The pool up on the 10th floor was kept clean, and the water felt kinda warm. A kind manager at the reception helped me with an early check in and also changed the room for me.
