the hotel location is a standout feature, close to shopping areas and attractions. my room was clean and well maintained daily. the staff members were pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. i found the beachfront access and pool area very convenient.

convenient location friendly team satisfying dining
The location was convenient for accessing downtown attractions and transportation. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist with any inquiries. I found the on-site dining options to be quite satisfying, especially the meals near the well-kept pools and pristine beach.
I experienced a minor delay during check-in that could be improved with a more streamlined process.

The private beach was wonderfully maintained and offered comfortable seating. The pools also provided plenty of space for relaxation with numerous spots to get refreshments and snacks, easily accommodating guest needs.

i ABSOLUTELY loved the private beach. it had crystal clear turquoise water. the pool area was also very nice it has many loungers. the mahogany bar inside the hotel had great live music at times. this made evenings there very relaxing
the room had no ceiling fans. the ac was insufficient i THOUGHT. the in-house coffee shop was really expensive. downtown shops also closed at 5 pm which i found very inconvenient. that was annoying.

the staff was attentive and available throughout my stay. i found the location very convenient due to its proximity to local attractions. the hotel boasts many amenities and i felt quite comfortable here.
the wine selection at the bar was somewhat limited.
