good team nice decor
The hotel had a valet team. They were very good. Breakfast had great staff. The room decor was nice.
I found no information given at check in. A welcome drink was included in resort fee, but it wasn't given to us. I had to follow up.

The room included a comfortable king bed. There were blackout curtains. The bathroom had a separate shower and tub. I also saw high-end toiletries that smelled good.

Good hotel on the beach
friendly service dining room
The staff provided friendly service. The dining room is beautiful. I enjoyed the live music in the lobby and I found a classy vibe. The hotel is on the beach. The location is great.
I was charged a duplicate charge to my credit card. This was very disappointing. It caused significant inconvenience .

The Beautiful King Room has a comfortable bed. Waking up to views of the beach was nice. The room included a separate sink. The separate rainfall shower worked well and provided consistent water pressure.

well-stocked minibar comfortable bed high-speed wifi
the room had a well-stocked minibar with a variety of beverages and snacks the bed was comfortable with high thread count linens and i found the bathroom had ample counter space i was impressed with complimentary high-speed wifi throughout the hotel it allowed for seamless connectivity.
the elevator wait times were occasionally a bit long during peak hours it was a minor inconvenience but noticeable.
