The room i booked, a beautiful double room two double beds, was far too small for two people. the walls are thin, so noise from other guests disturbed me. I am concerned about its maintenance.

The location is perfect with direct access to the beach across the street. breakfast was included, offering good value each morning. i really liked the free beach towels and chairs. It made beach days easy. i found the room cleaning service consistent and reliable each day.
the hotel lobby sometimes had a slight cigarette smell, noticeable when entering.

Breakfast had good variety and included tasty options, a great start to the day. It was convenient to have this available right in the hotel! the 10% discount at the hotel's restaurant was a pleasant surprise, too.

The staff was friendly and very helpful with any questions we had, always making an extra effort to assist. philip at the front desk was particularly helpful, giving excellent suggestions for local attractions! juan carlos and juan. Their assistance was perfect.

The location was great, right on Ocean Drive.
The room was small and lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear conversations from the hallway quite clearly. The bathroom was especially disappointing. It had no storage space for toiletries. This lack of functionality.

the location was close to everything, i'll give it that.
The room was not soundproof. I could hear everything. people in the lobby were loud, and some kid cried all night. there weren't enough outlets. I had to charge my phone on the floor.

I found the location really good. It provided convenient access to various attractions. complimentary beach beds via esteban's place and towels enhanced my beach outings. i particularly enjoyed the penne alla vodka and chicken pesto panini, the food was great.
the price for the room was a bit steep. however, we were robbed by their transfer service driver. i tried to contact the manager by emails, yet never received an answer. so, i advise you to not use that transfert service and find a cheaper alternative.
