breakfast buffet good service
I stayed in a premier double or twin room. the breakfast buffet was excellent, it offered many options. i found the service to be good. The staff constantly smiled.
the hotel pool got crowded. sometimes it was difficult to find a lounger.

massive noise lack of earplugs
the breakfast was good i guess with many options.
the noise was really bad i thought. music blasted into my room until 3am. it woke me up and i complained but they didnt even offer earplugs.

amazing location great breakfast power point massive noise
The location was AMAZING! Breakfast included great options. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I could even rent a motorbike from reception. GREAT customer service.
The rooms require MORE power points. Noise from surrounding properties was a massive issue. I had dance music blasting into my room until 3am. AWFUL!!!

a pleasant stay, some minor issues
great layout plentiful sofa bed excellent villa old room free outlet falling apart
the hotel has a great layout! both pool locations were easy to get to. there were plentiful sofa beds and tables. the beachside restaurant was good with a nice view. i had a poolside villa, it was excellent.
the online photos looked great, but there were some issues once i arrived. the rooms need updating. everything seemed old and falling apart. i found only one free outlet in my room to plug in my phone!

friendly staff poolside area clean room
the staff was super friendly. the room was always clean and smelled wonderful after housekeeping i really enjoyed the attention to detail. i liked the restaurant recommendations i got from the reception staff.
the gym had few leg training machines i would have used more if available but i still managed a decent workout.

the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices with many thai dishes and fresh tropical fruit i especially liked the thai desserts available i enjoyed eating near the beach. the beach bar offered delicious cocktails and snacks throughout the day it had a happy hour.

my room had a big comfortable bed i slept really well the bathroom had a separate bathtub and shower it included high-quality toiletries. the room had a smart tv with netflix and good internet so i could stream my favorite shows in the evenings i loved it.
