Really good Beachfront Stay
large apartment beach towels full cleaning affordable food
The apartment was larger than I anticipated. Beach towels and all necessary kitchen supplies were provided (everything was very convenient). Cleaning was also provided. The hotel beach bar offered affordable drinks and food.
The walk to the promenade took about 20 minutes, it was not TOO far but not super close.

The staff members were always ready to assist. The reception was quick and very helpful (. All of my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, which I appreciated.

The hotel offers direct access to the beach. Guests can purchase necessities at the supermarket inside the hotel. The hotel provides free parking in a dedicated area (this was a great bonus).

close beach small kitchenette great shower
The beach was very close. i saw the city center easily from there. the room had a small kitchenette with a kettle. i used it every day, but the shower was the best. It had great flow.
the minibar prices were slightly higher than nearby stores.

I must state the breakfast was not included. The shop attendant displayed a dismal attitude. NO smile, NO welcome. Her demeanor felt rude, frankly.

shower temperature crowded pool
I booked a studio pool view, but i wasn't completely happy. the shower temperature fluctuated a lot. It was annoying. also, the pool area was quite busy, and it was hard to find a free lounger in the shade, it made relaxing difficult.

A Decent Beachfront Stay
great location beach location nearby restaurants daily cleaning rude lady shop lady absent smile expensive price
The location was great because it was right on the beach. I enjoyed being able to walk to the restaurants nearby. That was convenient. Also the room got cleaned every day!
I found the shop lady to be quite rude, unfortunately. She never smiled or welcomed me. That was disappointing. I thought it should have been included given the price.

lovely stay near the beach!
clean room sizeable room pool view helpful staff
The room was quite clean, and i found it to be of a good size. the balcony overlooked both the beach and the pool. the staff assisted with directions to local transport. They gave us the bus schedule to heraklion. i appreciated this service.
I found that breakfast wasn't included.

the hotel has a great location on the beach, which makes it really convenient. there is also a snack bar nearby where the meals are huge and of great value. the beach bar is also quite good, a nice addition for a relaxed holiday.
