the location was acceptable, right on lincoln road and within walking distance to the beach.

I found the room small for two people. It might suit a solo traveller better. the price felt excessive considering the size. A larger hotel might offer better value. furthermore, housekeeping only occurred every three days, and more frequent cleaning required an extra fee.

I appreciated the hotel's modern aesthetics and cleanliness. all the offered amenities were great and the rooftop areas were quite enjoyable. the location was convenient, providing easy access to various city attractions. I liked that. the hotel was so close to so many things.

I found the control system, relying solely on an ipad for lights, shades, tv, and temperature, a little difficult. it had a 'gee whiz' factor initially, but using it at night without my glasses proved challenging. no coffee or tea in the room was a downside. I really needed that

the area felt safe and walkable. the staff was very cute.

the climate was controlled by a tablet. this tablet did not work properly, so i could not control the climate. i was told that maintenance would come and fix it, but they never came. my room was hot my whole stay!

I found the location very convenient. It is right on lincoln road. i appreciated the lively atmosphere with people always around the hotel. the ipad controls were very helpful for managing the room settings.

the parking situation was somewhat inconvenient. the walk to and from the designated parking lot felt a bit long.
