the staff was responsive. the room provided was clean and well proportioned. i appreciated having everything i needed.

It was difficult to find the location, reception, and my room. they are in different locations. the bathroom lacked a shower. it only had a bath with a shower head that didn't work well. there was no hot water. It was only cold.
