My experience at this hotel was disappointing. While I appreciated the proximity to the beach, the overall cleanliness of the facilities was severely lacking, and I encountered some issues with the service from the staff. The chaotic check-in process and unprofessional behavior from some employees left a negative impression. Though there were a few redeeming features, like the comfortable beds, the hotel fell short in many areas.
