rude staff extra charge

The location was acceptable.

The staff wasn't kind at all. They even lied about our room being ready. They then proceeded to ask me for $50 extra each night if I wanted to change to the room I actually paid for, what a joke!!!

I found the room to be in excellent condition. The staff did a great job preparing the room daily. The hotel maintenance was consistently excellent. I enjoyed the food and drinks available on-site.

The stairs and walkways became quite slippery when it rained heavily.

Breakfast offered a good variety. The fruit tasted fresh and delicious. Juliati, the beachside restaurant server, was always sweet and kind, ensuring complete satisfaction during meal times.

The hotel is located right on the beach. My room provided a partial ocean view from behind the cabanas. The beds are amazing, and the linens felt very comfortable adding to the overall relaxation.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I got recommendations from reception for day trips. The reception staff also organized everything I requested, very convenient for my itinerary.
