the meals were tasty!!! there were various dishes to pick from. i even got thinner pillows the same day i asked. the view from my apartment was wonderful too!!!
the all inclusive drinks used cheap alcohol.

The staff was friendly. When I asked for an extra pillow, I got it the same day. Tasty meals were available. There were lots of dishes to choose from.
The air conditioning in my room made loud noises. It sounded like it could explode. The cocktails I had were not of the best quality. They lacked strength.

The food had good variety each day. The all-inclusive meals included a different focus. Themes like Indian, Mexican, Greek, and Italian nights provided great options. The pool bar filled the gaps between meals. Ice, sandwiches and other dishes were available before dinner.
The room was not cleaned daily. We only had one towel change during the entire week. The bathroom looked quite dated. The shower was not great. The beds caused back pain by the end of the week.

the air conditioning in the room was very noisy. i never got my extra towel in 10 days despite several requests. the phone in the room also wasn't working so i had to walk down to reception.

the all-inclusive meals featured great variety , with different focuses each day like indian and greek. i found enough space for everyone in the restaurant. the pool bar filled the gaps between meals, it offered ice, sandwiches, and different dishes. the animation team from bulgaria was really great and they did lots of activities for every age group.
the rooms need refurbishing and are dated. our shower curtain stuck to me and water went on the floor. the floor was unswept when i arrived and never mopped or swept during the week. i don't think the bed sheets were changed but the bed was made every day.
