dirty floor infrequent mopping
The location was great and the staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient.
The room was not clean. The bottom of my socks became black just from walking around the room (I had new white socks). Obviously, the floors are not mopped on a regular basis. ( )

Solid choice near the pier

I liked the proximity to local spots. The pier was a short walk from the hotel. Several restaurants provided options for dining, and a grocery store sat just across the street. The heated pool was a bonus. It was lovely after a day out.
I noticed a very slight noise coming from the older air conditioner model in the room.

This hotel is close to the pier and the beach. I could walk there in just a few minutes, and the surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel's central position made it easy to explore.

The spacious bedroom included two queen beds. My room was on the second floor. Everything was clean, and the beds seemed comfortable, supporting restful sleep after long days of activities.
