The location was really convenient. It was easy to access the main areas. the rooms were renovated. the wifi worked well.

the food variety could be better. it seemed like the snack bar was not fully operational. i noticed that the hotel generally seemed to misunderstand the concept of a snack bar.

The hotel staff acted kind and helpful always. The location was perfect, near many shops and restaurants. The hotel cleaners kept everything immaculate and tidy. The pool provided a wonderful way to spend time. It stayed clean and always had plenty of sun loungers available.

The Wi-Fi did disconnect occasionally, but was generally acceptable.

Our studio balcony room was spacious and very clean. It included comfortable beds and well kept furniture. The air conditioning functioned effectively, maintaining a comfortable temperature, while the balcony gave a view.

The food tasted fresh. It was tasty and different. A variety of options were available throughout the day. The inclusive drinks included beer, wine, and slushies, and the pizza snacks were always available and hot.

We liked how close it was to all the stores. The mattress was very comfortable. The all-inclusive setup had good organization. I was appreciative of hotel staff.

The food wasn't delicious. The food choices didn't change often. The variety of food was limited, but it was ok. I don't love it.
