Excellent Location and Friendly Staff

friendly staffgood breakfastcozy atmospherelimited light
The staff was friendly and helpful. The reception desk was always staffed well. The cleaning staff maintained the rooms super clean. Breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks, and I found the coffee really good. The eating area has a nice and cozy atmosphere. They held my luggage after checkout, a great help for my final day trip.
The window faced an internal corridor, so natural light was limited. The ventilation felt poor. An artificial aroma from the bathroom was noticeable.
Service
9/10
The staff shows a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Reception staff assisted with directions and local information, which improved my stay. Breakfast service had a good variety, and the area kept clean and well-stocked.

Acceptable experience

The location was convenient to local transportation. I noticed it was super close to the train station. I loved i could easily catch an early train. The staff was very helpful. That was amazing.
My room's air conditioning was quite outdated. It unfortunately did not function properly. There were no napkins provided. There was also no drinking water in the room. I also noticed there wasn't tea or coffee.
