I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location right on the beach was fantastic and the staff, particularly Ruby at check-in, were very pleasant, there were several drawbacks. The room felt humid and was lacking in basic amenities like room service, which made things a bit challenging. Despite the lovely views, the noise levels and discomfort with the heater and AC greatly impacted my stay.

The front desk staff were enjoyable and Ruby was especially welcoming, but the overall service was lacking as there was no room service, and we had to find our own towels.
