The location on the beach is AMAZING. The resort feels secluded. My room included comfy beds and stylish decor. The staff are wonderful and were really nice, especially Frank. I also enjoyed the restaurant. It had good food.
The coffee at breakfast was below average. It tasted weak and bland. I expected more.

I found the staff to be really good. the resort boasts a beautiful beach perfect for relaxation. small details like the provided robes and welcome chilled towels enhanced the overall experience. the cooking class with executive chef saw was a highlight. He proved to be an excellent teacher.
i noted the absence of a kids club with managed drop-off services. my daughter experienced a fall due to a protruding paving stone, resulting in a knee injury. the management's response was somewhat lacking, as they did not offer a formal apology or even a small gesture to compensate for the incident.

The hotel design is excellent with beautiful gardens and a fine beach. I saw quiet areas and the multiple food options just outside the hotel. I noticed how relaxing this place is. The hotel provided a convenient beach bag and beach towels in the room. They changed the towels daily. It was useful.
I found that some staff at the deli cafe could be surly at times. It was hard to find a sunbed after 7 am. There were not enough foot showers, so sand got into the pool.

I observed multiple pools available, including those with direct access from ground-floor rooms. The main pool overlooks the beach and is wide. There is also a pizza restaurant right by the beach, which I found pretty affordable.

The staff gave a welcome drink and a refreshing towel upon arrival. The staff upgraded me to a pool access room, a pleasant surprise. They provided a golf cart ride to my room. A staff member helped with luggage and explained the services.

the pool is right on the beach with a fine sea view. i loved that the rooms had direct access to the pool. the staff were so kind and cute, really making the stay special.
I thought the breakfast could have been better. I wish there were fresh, real juice options and higher-quality granola available.
