The room was quite roomy with a large private bathroom. the a/c worked very well. breakfast offered a good variety of options each morning (i loved the fresh pastries!). the hotel location was great. I could easily walk to shops, restaurants, and explore the city.

the room wasn't very soundproofed, and i could sometimes hear noise from nearby rooms, especially in the evening.

the hotel is right on via etnea, a prime spot. it made walking to the villa bellini park and piazza duomo easy. many attractions are within a short distance.

the staff were very kind and cute. alfredo was especially helpful, as he offered assistance . he ensured i could easily access the hotel and my room.
