the hotel's location across from the beach was convenient. beach chairs and towels were readily available. the front desk staff were helpful and focused on customer service. mario and dominic at the front were super helpful.

great location free rentals beach towels easy access
the location was great, very close to the beach. i walked to lincoln drive easily. shopping and restaurants were also within walking distance. the hotel provided free bicycle rentals and beach towels.
the air conditioning was loud, it sounded like a jet engine! though the parking was expensive.

The receptionist was very kind. i found them helpful during check-in and with directions. the staff promptly addressed my requests for extra towels and information about nearby attractions. They were efficient.

The staff was very helpful, smiling, and attentive. Gustavo and Gabriela at reception were very professional. The cleanliness of the rooms was amazing. The hotel has a good position on Ocean Drive. The hotel is close to everything.
Directions to find the entrance by car could be better. I found the parking at $50 expensive.

The hotel provides bikes for rent for two hours and complimentary water. There is also a 15% discount for breakfasts. I saw a nice terrace on the corner of the building offering views, this created a relaxing space.

The location is great, just across from the beach on Ocean Drive! It is a lively area. The hotel is walkable from the beach. Many restaurants are available around the hotel.
