The room was hot. I contacted the reception. i was told the heating is centralized and nothing could be done. i was advised to open the balcony door and turn off the heater, but it remained hot. also, breakfast lacked coffee machines. There were no fresh fruits, only canned and overly sweet preserved options.

The breakfast area was a zoo. I found it hard to get a table and the buffet lines were long. also, the gym was surprisingly small for a hotel of this size. It only had a couple of treadmills. i expected more space and equipment. it seemed a bit cramped. the lack of equipment was very disappointing.

the staff was professional and helpful . the rooms were amazing with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. the restaurant and breakfast were great, i especially liked the breakfast service (it was so kind).

the hotel location is a bit far from the center if you want to go by foot. a taxi is necessary to get around the city (this was something i didn't expect).
