attentive service swimming pools good variety convenient location
I was grateful for the attentive service from the staff. The two swimming pools provided ample space. Breakfast had a good variety of options. I found the location convenient to nearby attractions. The staff helped. I especially appreciated their politeness and willingness to assist with any requests. I liked the overall convenience. The room service was prompt.
I noticed the elevators were occasionally slow due to the hotel's occupancy.

The staff was polite and helpful. One staff member upgraded my room to a sea-facing one, improving my stay. Their commitment to guest happiness was clear. Housekeeping cleaned the room thoroughly each day. They always greeted me with a smile.

a rather standard stay
unfriendly breakfast staff dirty pool
The breakfast experience felt lackluster. The egg station seemed to operate based on the staff's preferences, not guest requests. getting a simple order was like a chore for them! also, the pool wasn't exactly pristine, it looked like it needed a good scrubbing, and that was a bit disappointing, honestly.

the breakfast buffet had excellent variety. the outdoor ground floor swimming pool was beautiful. staff were very friendly and helpful .
the elevators were slow and often crowded. the air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy. some of the furniture in my room seemed dated.
