Overall, my stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly service significantly enhanced the experience. However, I was caught off guard by the unexpected charges at the bar, which was disappointing. Although the shuttle service was convenient, it would have been even better if check-in had been clearer about those bar costs.
