Our stay was a mix of good amenities but also some frustrating issues. The hotel is located near the convention center, which is convenient, and the outdoor pool area gives a nice tropical vibe. However, the cleanliness could definitely improve, as there were some stains in the hallways, and we faced a few service hiccups like having to request extra supplies multiple times. Overall, it's a decent option if you're looking for a bayside experience, but some aspects need attention.

The room was quite spacious and had a nice view of the bay but had a peculiar layout with a large desk that took up much of the space. The queen bed was soft but not very comfortable, and the bathroom could use an exhaust fan.

The service was a bit lacking, especially given that we had to request toilet paper and towels multiple times. There was only one person working at the front desk during a busy time, which made things slower.

The hotel is in a great location, near the convention center and just a few blocks from the boardwalk, though drive is recommended for the rides at the beach.

They offered a bagged breakfast instead of the usual options, which was nice, but we still went out for a hot breakfast. The fruit provided was a nice touch.
