outdoor pool helpful staff

The outdoor pool had a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful. Kim's check-in was particularly nice. The mineral pools were relaxing, and dining in the Copper Room was an excellent experience. My steak was the best I've had in a long time

The hotel parking lot often gets overfilled by tourists.
