mixed feelings about this place

dusty wardrobeelusive drinks

my stay had a few rough spots. the cleaning was subpar. i found dust bunnies having a party on top of the wardrobe (i swear they were waving at me) and mysterious debris under the beds. the drinks, especially for an all-inclusive plus package, were a letdown. i was promised upgraded, branded drinks but they were as elusive as a decent wifi signal. overall, it wasn't a disaster, but it wasn't exactly a super clean, top-shelf experience.

i liked that all bars had staff attending them they were courteous also sociable the drinks were satisfactory throughout my stay the hotel is a short walk to nessabar which is worth visiting with many shops bars and historical sights. the entertainment was lacking the animation staff seemed to be focused only on themselves interaction was rare the evening attraction was cancelled without notice.

the food presentation was good it was never hot enough the meats offered were varied i ate something different each day if the food had been warmer it would have been much better.

we HAD such amazing vacation here. the staff displayed friendly attitude helping us always. i appreciated the variety of food and drinks. i found different bars with great options for a perfect romantic evening. the animation team kept us entertained with shows and activities.

the pool was colder than I preferred. this slightly affected the swimming experience. it would have been MORE perfect with a warmer pool.

The hotel food was GREAT and varied each day. There are four lovely pools and a jacuzzi. Branded drinks are available till midnight and also tribute acts play and a kids club are available. The kids pool WAS VERY nice.

Staff AT reception are rude and obnoxious i paid to upgrade to the master apartment on arrival because they allocated us the wrong room anyway on departure day. I was told i could not eat here even though i don't fly till 10pm. I informed them i have a autistic child AND they said it not their problem
