I had mixed feelings about this hotel. The location is fantastic as it's within walking distance of tons of attractions, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious. However, I had some issues with the service and the slow elevators, which made the stay less enjoyable overall. If you're looking for convenience and size, this place might work for you, but just be ready to deal with some hiccups.

The rooms were surprisingly spacious compared to many other NYC accommodations, featuring a Keurig, microwave, and mini-fridge, which made it easy to keep our restaurant leftovers. It was clean and comfortable, accommodating us both without feeling cramped.

Service was polite, but we encountered a lack of urgency at times, especially with elevator access, which is a big consideration in a hotel with so many floors. While the staff greeted us kindly, the overall responsiveness left something to be desired.

The location was excellent for getting around the city. We could easily walk to Broadway shows and other attractions, which was perfect for our sightseeing plans. It's close enough to the hustle of Times Square without being overwhelmed right outside our door.
