the grounds presented immaculately. i saw the extensive flat areas, GREAT for walks. there IS a nature reserve at the rear.

i found the food to be varied. the all-inclusive option included many good drinks. the hotel personnel was friendly. the location provides easy access to both alcudia and puerto pollenca.
The gym opens relatively late. I would prefer an earlier opening time for workouts before other activities.

the location was good , near both alcudia and pollenca. the grounds were pretty , though i didn't spend much time exploring them.
My room had a distinctly musty smell , and the air conditioning struggled to keep it cool. the walls seemed paper thin . I could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms quite clearly. the food in the buffet felt repetitive , it lacked variety throughout my stay.

i appreciated the well kept gardens. it really was like a tropical retreat. our room was modern and comfortable. the gym and indoor pool were facilities i particularly enjoyed (i tried to use them every day).
the app-based drink ordering system was frustrating. it added several minutes to each order. the all-inclusive package policy was also disappointing. it ended too early on our departure day.
